Teknik Directory, the is the brainchild of Chaanvig Publications. It is fashioned to serve the burgeoning Construction and Infrastructure Industries in our fast developing nation. Encompassing Public & Private Sector Smart Partnership Initiative with the Malayan Technical Services Union under the purview of the Ministry of Works, Malaysia. Teknik Directory aims to bridge the gap between the government and private sectors.

It was truly a fitting tribute to the above initiative when the Teknik Directory maiden issue debuted in September 2009. Hence was born the prestigious Teknik Directory, which aimed to be a service oriented platform to aforementioned anchor industries. The inaugural launch of Teknik Directory 2009 was on 16th November 2009 at Dewan Tan Sri Mahfuz Khalid, Kementerian Kerja Raya (Ministry of Works), Malaysia. It was officiated by the Deputy Minister of Works, YB Dato Yong Khoon Seng.

This all important step and endorsement, paved the way for key industry players (including Developers, Contractors, Consultants & Industry Professionals, Brand Names Entrepreneurs, Building Materials Manufacturers, Equipment & Machinery Giants and Products & Essential Services’ Suppliers and Providers) to be synchronously and harmoniously pooled together under the solid bedrock of Teknik Directory in an official manner and consequently it was well heralded by the industry.
